Who We Are

Operating successfully and continuously for over 70 years, Saunders' considerable knowledge and experience ensure we provide to our clients a range of innovative solutions for their individual project specifications. We have an extensive portfolio of projects, delivering large and complex solutions, including terminal expansions, engineering procurement, tank construction and remediation projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious TA/Rigger to join our project in Altona, VIC.

Key Details:

Local hire only, you must reside in the Melbourne, Victoria area.
Commencing asap for approximately 6 months with the possibility to extend.
Hours: up to 66 hours per week

Primary Objectives:

The safe and timely completion of Rigging operations
Support tradespeople and maintain general housekeeping between lifting operations
Adhere to all company/project policies and procedures.

We are keen to talk to you if you meet the following requirements:

Construction induction card (White Card)
High Risk Work Licence - EWP > 11m
Safe Work at Heights (valid within the last 2 years)
Confined space ticket (valid within the last 2 years)
Valid Driver’s license
Proof of right to work in Australia
The ability to work within a team
Must be physically able to perform manual tasks
High safety and quality standards
Communication and time management skills
Ability to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol test – mandatory
