WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead customer experience across the store and set the service standard • Coach and develop the team in product knowledge, service and customer connection • Monitor customer feedback, satisfaction and performance indicators • Support omnichannel moments, including online order collection and digital tools • Work with store leaders to improve service, flow and customer experience initiatives WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment • Strong understanding of customer experience, service and product knowledge • Confidence coaching others and setting clear standards • Ability to read feedback, results and customer behaviour to improve actions • Clear communication, strong organisation and a proactive mindset • Full-time availability, with flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends OUR APPROACH We see fashion as a way to express identity and create change.
