Our team is responsible for maintaining Tesla’s Energy storage and Supercharger fleet to deliver an excellent customer experience and best-in-class asset availability. As a Field Service Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating preventative maintenance, reactive service visits, and resource planning across our portfolio of Battery Storage and Charging sites.

For subcontracted work, request purchase orders, confirm receipt of reports, notify customers, and verify completion.
-
Support the development and refinement of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for scheduling, such as weekly processes, track KPIs e.g. total hours, closed activities, and time per activity, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
-
Ensure all schedules comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Track site-specific financial obligations, purchase orders, and planned periods when no work can be performed on site.
-
Maintain scorecards and dashboards to report analysing outliers and contribute to bi-weekly org syncs.
-
Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members, and handle escalations (e.g., missing components or urgent installations), project rollouts (e.g., PMs for new sites), and planning for upcoming commissioning with local teams.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
