Your role will be;

Based at our Melbourne Head Office
Preparing Take offs and B.O.Q
Managing Tender Packages
Obtaining and comparing vendor quotes
Liaising with estimating management.
Build new & leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders
The ability to prepare preliminarily construction programs, methodology statements and understand tender schedules.
Ensure project budgets are maintained

To be successful in this role you will;

Have a great understanding of construction tasks, plans and methodologies
Great knowledge of industry segments
Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations
Great communication skills and leadership skills
The flexibility to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
Knowledgeable with common computer packages, construction and construction estimating software
