We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Melbourne-based team, servicing and maintaining complex medical equipment used in infection control across hospitals, day surgeries, pharmaceutical, and life science facilities.
This is a rare opportunity to transition into the healthcare industry with full training provided.

Perform safety and performance checks, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of Infection control equipment, including Autoclaves and Washer Disinfectors

Maintain equipment at key pharmaceutical and life science sites Primarily west of Melbourne, covering Geelong, Ballarat and surrounding regional Victoria.

Liaise with customers at various sites across Victoria

Provide phone support to schedulers and customers

Support major projects including equipment installations, commissioning, and validation

Some statewide travel and occasional overnight stays.

Restricted Electrical Licence (Disconnect/Reconnect) or ability to obtain

Strong technical aptitude and a solution-focused mindset

Experience with mechanics, electronics, motors, pneumatics, steam or pressure valves

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
