We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in agriculture, farming, rural communities, or agribusiness. This role sits at the intersection of customer support and commercial activity, working closely with resellers and customers across the farming sector.

You’ll manage relationships within your own territory, supporting customers with orders, pricing, and product enquiries while gaining hands-on exposure to account management and broader commercial operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with agricultural exposure who are looking to build a long-term career in a supportive, team-focused environment.

About this role

Forget the high-volume, script-reading call centre environment. This is a territory-based customer service role where you’ll become the key contact for resellers and customers in your region.

You’ll work closely with Territory Managers to support customer needs, ensure smooth order processing, and maintain strong ongoing relationships across your portfolio.

You’ll gain exposure to:

Customer relationship management
Territory coordination and account support
Order management and pricing administration
Commercial problem-solving in a B2B environment
Cross-functional collaboration with sales team

This permanent position is designed to give you strong grounding in commercial operations within a global agritech business.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting customers and resellers with enquiries and orders
Building strong relationships across your territory
Partnering with Territory Managers to support growth initiatives
Managing customer records and order information accurately
Providing outstanding customer service and commercial support
Working collaboratively within a fun, supportive team

About you

We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for customer experience, along with agricultural experience or exposure. You may be a recent agriculture graduate, have worked in a rural, farming, retail, or hospitality environment, or currently be in a customer service role and looking for your next challenge.

You’ll bring:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A customer-first mindset
Great attention to detail
Confidence juggling multiple tasks
A positive, team-focused attitude
Agricultural knowledge or industry experience (essential)

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre, or administration experience will be highly regarded.
