About us:
What began in 1910 as a small co-operative of just three pharmacies has grown into Wesfarmers Health—a leading Australian organisation in health, beauty, and wellness.
Today, Wesfarmers Health proudly employs over 3,600 team members, all committed to delivering accessible, innovative, and trusted health and beauty services to Australians nationwide, across retail, medi-aesthetics, digital health, and wholesale and supply chain operations.

Working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in maintaining product availability, managing import compliance requirements, and driving visibility across our inbound supply chain.
Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the import order book from purchase order confirmation through to Distribution Centre receipt, monitoring supplier readiness, cargo milestones and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate sea, air and consolidated freight bookings, selecting the most appropriate transport solutions to meet business requirements while optimising cost
- Prepare and verify import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs, biosecurity and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers and government agencies to facilitate the timely clearance and delivery of shipments
- Proactively manage shipment delays, documentation issues and supply risks, implementing corrective actions and communicating impacts to key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate landed cost information and reconcile freight, duty and brokerage invoices to support inventory valuation and cost accuracy
Monitor inbound supply chain performance and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on lead times, visibility, compliance and operational efficiency

If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced supply chain environment, we'd love to hear from you.
