We're looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the creative direction of our brand, delivering compelling visual storytelling across campaigns, digital, eCommerce and brand experiences.
Working closely with the Head of Creative, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the Seed Heritage aesthetic, ensuring every creative execution reflects our brand vision while inspiring our customers across every touchpoint.
THE ROLE:
- Lead and evolve Seed Heritage's visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop inspiring creative concepts for campaigns, seasonal shoots, gifting, events, store openings and brand partnerships.
- Art direct studio and location photoshoots, overseeing styling direction, lighting, set design, talent, hair and makeup.
- Prepare creative presentations, mood boards and concept decks that communicate the vision for each campaign.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external creative partners throughout pre and post-production.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
- Present monthly campaign direction to key stakeholders across the business.
- Stay ahead of fashion, design and creative trends, continually bringing fresh ideas to elevate the Seed Heritage brand.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 10+ years' experience in Art Direction or senior creative leadership within the fashion industry.
- Extensive experience directing fashion photoshoots in both studio and on location.
- A strong portfolio showcasing premium fashion, lifestyle or retail campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Experience managing multiple creative projects and working to budgets and deadlines.
- Outstanding presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, positive and solutions-focused approach.
- Exceptional creative vision with a strong eye for detail, styling and brand storytelling.
- Must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
