About the Role This role is for a skilled Barista who will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver an exceptional café experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing specialty coffee, assembling fresh menu items, and helping to curate the overall atmosphere of the venue to ensure every customer enjoys a memorable visit.

Beyond day-to-day service, this role also offers growth opportunities. You’ll have the chance to expand your skills in areas such as menu development, supplier management, marketing promotions, and contributing to operational and administrative tasks.

Our food & beverage arm, Timber+Greens, operates the in-house cafés, supports meeting room catering, and provides hospitality services to our adjoining event spaces.

About You As a Food & Beverage all-rounder, you thrive on creating warm, genuine connections with every guest—whether they’re with us for a day or for years. You understand the power of hospitality in shaping someone’s experience, and you take pride in creating a feel-good community where every interaction can make a meaningful impact.

What is the Role?

Provide service to Coworking members with a memorable experience.
All-around solo barista handling specialty coffee.
Food assembly of cafe items is made fresh daily.

Encourage and support the creation of a menu offering to support the Timber and Greens offering.

Open and close tasks to keep the high cleaning standards of the venue.
Assist with any catering and client experience required by the onsite team.
Order and stock take for the cafe.
Assist with corporate and private events at the on-site event space located within the coworking space.

Be the primary point of contact for suppliers and food ordering services

End-of-day reports are sent to the Food and Beverage lead.
Support from the Food and Beverage lead to make productive changes to the cafe offerings.
