Delaware North Australia is hiring culinary professionals to help deliver extraordinary dining experiences at Australia's most celebrated racing events, the 2026 Melbourne Cup Carnival and Cox Plate. From premium dining rooms and corporate hospitality suites to large-scale race day catering operations, you'll be part of the team responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to thousands of guests throughout the Spring Racing Carnival.

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment relevant to the role

Availability to work key Spring Racing Carnival event dates, including weekends and public holidays
Key event dates include Melbourne Cup Carnival race days and Cox Plate events from 24 October and 7 November 2026.
