Do you love coffee and want to grow your skills beyond the espresso machine? Join our passionate, fast-growing team at Buccheri Coffee Group( Map Coffee ), a specialty coffee roaster dedicated to great coffee, great people, and great opportunities.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Barista who’s ready to serve exceptional coffee while learning the ropes of a coffee roasting business. This is not a café job—this is a chance to grow into operations, warehouse, customer service, and Coffee Roasting support roles.

As a barista with us, you’ll not only craft delicious drinks and provide excellent service—you’ll also have the opportunity to be cross-trained in:

✅ Customer Service
✅ Supply Chain & warehouse Assistant
✅ Coffee Roastery Operations
✅ Wholesale Customer Experience

We believe in building careers in coffee, not just shifts.

What You’ll Bring:

A love for coffee and a desire to learn more about the industry
Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills
Attention to detail and pride in creating top-quality experience
Ability to work well in a team and take initiative
Barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
