Full Job Description

We are looking for ONE Sports Scientist who is passionate about learning and developing the skills they need to be a leading PT in the fitness industry to join our team at Fitness First Bayside!

Are you new to the industry and want to grow your business quickly and become an industry leading sports scientist? Or are you experienced in the industry and are looking for a supportive, thriving location from which to expand and run your business? If this sounds like you, then we want to meet you!

The role of a Fitness First Bayside Sports Scientist:

Conduct 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions
Run small group training sessions (optional)
Perform health consultations and movement assessments
Design personalised training programs
Help members achieve long-term health and fitness results

What we need from you:

Certificate IV in Fitness
Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
First Aid & CPR
Fitness Registration

Experience is preferred but not essential. If you’re coachable, motivated, and passionate about becoming a great trainer, we’ll provide the tools and support to help you succeed.
