Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assess repair requirements.
Book in repair jobs and maintain accurate records.
Explain repair options, pricing, and turnaround times.
Answer phone calls, emails, and online enquiries.
Process payments and issue invoices.
Follow up with customers regarding repair status.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

Previous customer service or retail experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to remain calm in a busy environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a phone or computer repair shop.
Knowledge of smartphones, laptops, and accessories.
Experience using POS or repair management software.
