About the role
As a Field Services Audio Visual Technician , you will make an impact by ensuring seamless, reliable technology performance across conference rooms, collaboration platforms, and workplace technology infrastructure. You will be a valued member of the Field Services / Workplace Technology team and work collaboratively with end users, internal IT teams, vendors, and third-party service providers to keep meetings, presentations, and business events running without disruption.
In this role, you will:
Support and maintain audio visual conferencing systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, telepresence solutions, and meeting room panels — troubleshooting audio, video, display, camera, microphone, and connectivity issues as they arise.
Provide break-fix support for conference room equipment and integrated AV systems, testing video conferencing rooms ahead of scheduled meetings, executive presentations, town halls, and hybrid business events.
Deliver onsite support for local infrastructure, network equipment, and workplace technology devices, applying hands-on troubleshooting knowledge across platforms such as Crestron, Cisco, and Poly.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to manage escalations, equipment repairs, and replacements.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and equipment changes, while following established service procedures, security requirements, and agreed service-level timelines.

What you need to have to be considered
Hands-on experience supporting audio visual systems, conference rooms, and workplace technologies.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing platforms, cameras, microphones, displays, and control panels.
Experience troubleshooting computers, operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
Ability to support business events, resolve technical issues with minimal operational disruption, and work independently while collaborating effectively with users, internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
