About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Truganina Clearance outlet.
This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week.
- Deliver an inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experience by leading from the front on the shop floor.
- Champion stock control by driving inventory accuracy and best-practice stock management.
- Manage stock deliveries, replenishment, and stockroom organisation to keep the store customer ready.
- Support the training, coaching, and development of the team to achieve store budgets, KPIs, and operational excellence.
- Partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, visual merchandising, and overall store performance.
