YOUR NEW ROLE
Nabenet is looking for an experienced occupational rehabilitation professional to step into a Regional Team Manager role.
This is an ideal next step for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant or Team Leader ready to move into a broader leadership position, combining hands-on case work with people leadership, business growth, and regional service delivery.
You'll lead a team of approximately 8, working closely with senior management to drive outcomes, quality, and growth across your region. The role includes regular travel, with 1-2 overnights per week visiting different regional areas.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive and mentor your team to meet or exceed customer expectations and performance objectives.

Oversee case management activity across your region, ensuring strong return-to-work outcomes and timely action on priority cases.

Personally manage a billable caseload alongside your leadership responsibilities.

Conduct quality assurance and file reviews, and oversee service delivery standards across the region.

Mentor, coach, and support regional consultants and team leaders, including accompanying them to meetings with agents, employers, and treaters.

Manage complaints and stakeholder relationships in conjunction with senior management.

Actively contribute to recruitment, appraisals, and performance management in partnership with HR.

Contribute to marketing and growth of the company's services within your region.

Perform occupational rehabilitation, case management, or private consulting services in line with WorkSafe standards.
ABOUT YOU
-
Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is essential, ideally as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant or Team Leader looking for your next career step.

Full registration with a relevant professional body: Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Paramedic, Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Exercise Physiologist.

Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to grow and mentor a team.

Proven ability to build and grow strong customer relationships.

Experience within employment services and/or recruitment (desirable).

Sound knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management.

Advanced communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Willingness and ability to travel regionally, including 1-2 overnight stays per week.
