Full Job Description

Description:
Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Loader Operator/Yard Hand to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operate front-end loaders, forklifts and other plant and equipment
Load and unload trucks, haul and hoist materials as required
Maintain the plant and yard in a clean, safe and operational condition
Complete daily pre-start and end-of-day inspections of plant and equipment

Use basic computer systems for reporting and record keeping
Comply with all Prestige Civil Group OH&S policies, procedures and safety instructions

Travel between multiple work sites as required

Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For

Experience operating a Front-End Loader and other plant machinery

Heavy Rigid Licence (highly regarded)
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
Experience in materials handling or yard operations

Strong teamwork and communication skills
