Mayfield Early Education Dandenong are seeking a fun & highly motivated Early Childhood Teacher to join our incredible team.

The opportunity

Design and implement developmentally appropriate and stimulating lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn.
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Work collaboratively with a team of educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Conduct ongoing assessments of children's development, maintain accurate records, and use this information to inform and adapt teaching strategies.
Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

You

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA approved equivalent.
Valid VIT registration.
Proven experience with EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards.
Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
