What You'll Do
-
Prepare accurate repair estimates and assess vehicle damage
-
Liaise with insurers, customers, suppliers, and workshop teams
-
Manage repair workflows and ensure jobs progress efficiently
-
Source parts and monitor repair costs and timelines
-
Utilise estimating platforms such as Audatex, PartsPoint, or similar systems
-
Maintain exceptional communication throughout the repair process
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and WHS requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Estimator within collision repair or automotive industries
-
Strong knowledge of estimating systems such as Audatex and PartsPoint desirable
-
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

A proactive approach with a commitment to quality outcomes
