Full Job Description

NSW Disability Care is a registered NDIS provider operating across Metro Victoria. We offer tailored support services including therapy, support coordination, personal care, and community access. Our focus is on empowering individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals. We are currently Seeking an Allocation Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

Seek to fill shift-slots at various locations by allocating appropriate disability support

workers to clients, abiding by their requests.

Promptly respond to client/staff enquiries or requests by telephone and/ or email.
Effectively maintaining records on the roster system.
Obtain instructions from Co-ordinators and Client Service Officers of client’s

requirements.

Establish trust and build rapport with clients and staff.
Confirm availabilities of staff members and manage calls from both clients and staff.
Maintain effective communication with all team members.
Contact clients – maintain communication between clients and support workers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Prior experience as an allocation officer/ staff coordinator in the disability sector.
Superior customer service skills.
Rostering experience in past.
High work ethic and a self-starter.
Ability to create and maintain interpersonal relationships with staff members and

Clients.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Confident, resourceful, and positive approach.
Demonstrated effective time management, organisational and prioritization skills.
A practical approach to problem solving, troubleshooting and decision making.

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
