About the Role

We are offering a graduate/entry level opportunities within our Product team focused on Power & Controls.

This role combines two core responsibilities. You will contribute to the delivery of product initiatives, working alongside Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support key product activities and business priorities.

At the same time, you will take ownership of a defined product portfolio. This includes managing day-to-day product activities, maintaining product information, and ensuring your product range remains accurate, responsive, and aligned to business needs.

This structure provides a balance of exposure and accountability - allowing you to support broader portfolio outcomes while developing ownership and confidence within your own scope.

Key responsibilities

Deliver assigned activities that support product launches, updates and broader portfolio initiatives
Manage a defined product portfolio, including product data, documentation and stakeholder queries
Analyse market trends, competitor activity and pricing to support decision-making
Coordinate with internal teams to progress product-related initiatives and resolve issues
Track product performance and contribute to reporting and internal enablement

What you’ll bring

A degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
Early-career exposure to a commercial, technical or product-related environment
Ability to take ownership of a defined scope while contributing to broader team outcomes
Strong analytical thinking, with attention to detail and data accuracy
Clear, professional communication and confidence working across stakeholders
Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Genuine interest in products, technology and commercial outcomes
