Join a dynamic team at our Southport Clinic based on the Gold Coast, specializing in NDIS services. As an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in:

Implementing behaviour support services aligned with NDIS safeguards, focusing on positive behaviour change.
Developing individualised plans to meet participants' goals and enhance their quality of life.
Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and creating Behaviour Support Plans.
Collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
Managing administrative tasks including record-keeping and billing.
Advocating for participant rights and promoting community inclusion.

Essential Requirements:

Registration with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Experience in NDIS service delivery and a solid understanding of NDIS frameworks and funding.
Current NDIS Screening, Working with Children Checks, and NDIS Practitioner ID.

Desirable Criteria:

BCBA or Behaviour Technician registration.
Experience in clinical settings with individuals with disabilities.
