We're looking for a Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our growing team in a permanent part-time role with 2 minimum fixed shifts per week. This position offers a consistent weekly roster and the opportunity to be part of a fun, supportive, and fast-growing café.

About the Role
You'll be working in a fast-moving, fun, and supportive environment, helping prepare fresh food, assisting during service, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Food and panini preparation
- Assisting during service periods
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation
- Following systems, recipes, and processes
- Supporting the kitchen team
- General kitchen hand duties as required
Hours & Availability
- Permanent part-time position
- 2 fixed shifts per week
- Consistent weekly roster
- Weekend availability required
- Additional shifts may become available as the business grows
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Kitchen Hand or Cook
- Experience in food preparation
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and systems
- Good knife skills
- Availability on weekdays and weekends
- Food Safety Certificate (DoFoodSafely or equivalent)
- Full working rights in Australia
