Dental Receptionist/ Dental Assistant
Dedicated Receptionist/Dental Nurse to join our team. This role is a combination of receptionist and dental nurse responsibilities, with a clear path to grow within the practice. We expect the right candidate to have a genuine commitment towards their job and the motivation to follow a career in the dental industry.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and switched-on applicant, who loves connecting with people as much as we do. The applicant must aim to provide the ultimate customer service experience. Must be technologically savvy to learn basic patient management, an experienced candidate passionate about customer service & sales to expand their skill set and be an integral part of our front desk team.

We are a research-oriented evidence-based clinicians located in Preston . Our modern practice have Digital X-rays on-site opg and digital scanners. We have an exceptional team of hard-working support staff, who are committed to our patients.

Job Duties Include-

Management of appointment books.
Handling phone and email inquiries.
General admin duties as requested by the business.
Managing overall practice day-to-day tasks ensuring smooth running of the practice.
Providing the highest quality of patient care and customer service
Social Media Management
Dental nursing duties when required

Requirements:

Excellent conversational skills.
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent patient communication/Phone skills and fluent in English
Reliable, mature and responsible personality.
Good with computers and Microsoft Office suits ms word, excel.
The ability to multitask and fast learner
Good organizational skills
Friendly and caring personality customer service oriented.
Mature-minded and reliable.
