About the Role
We're seeking a reliable and professional Driver/Courier to complete scheduled pickup and delivery runs across metropolitan Melbourne.
This is a contractor role perfect for someone looking for consistent weekly work with potential for additional shifts as the business grows.
You'll work independently while remaining in constant communication with our operations team.
Working Hours
- Fridays
- Start: 7:00 AM sharp
- Approximately 5–6 hours
- Opportunity for additional work during busy periods
Responsibilities
Your day will include:
- Collecting laundry from commercial clients
- Delivering cleaned laundry back to clients
- Loading and unloading laundry bags safely
- Following a pre-planned delivery route
- Using navigation software
- Using our driver application to complete stops
- Taking proof-of-delivery photographs
- Scanning and confirming pickups and deliveries
- Communicating with Operations if delays occur
- Ensuring laundry bags are correctly labelled
- Maintaining a clean and organised vehicle
- Providing friendly customer service
- Reporting any issues immediately

Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Full Australian Driver Licence
- Clean driving record
- ABN If Contracting
- Smartphone with data
- Comfortable using mobile apps
- Ability to lift up to approximately 10kg
- Fluent English communication
- Full Australian working rights
Preferred but not essential:
- Previous courier experience
- Delivery driving experience
- Logistics experience
- Hospitality experience
Daily Duties
Your day may involve servicing:
- Hotels
- Cafes
- Restaurants
- Corporate offices
- Retail stores
- Gyms
- Beauty clinics
- Commercial businesses

Trial Shift

- Meet at our South Melbourne depot
