Part-time role based in Melbourne's CBD providing support to 330 Collins Street, 535 Bourke Street, 700 Bourke Street, Carlton, Chinatown & NAB Place when required
Leave & Relief Position - It is essential that you can travel between locations to support our branches and customers covering planned and unplanned leave *mileage paid
Availability required, 5 days per week, Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

The Hours

Join our team in this part-time role working up to 5 days per week, Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to 12 weeks of full-time training and onboarding from Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm.

Your skills and expertise will be required to cover our 330 Collins Street, 535 Bourke Street, 700 Bourke Street, Carlton, Chinatown, & NAB Place branches, so a license and transport is essential. *Mileage paid.

In this role, you will

Support our Melbourne CBD by being the first point of contact for our customers and put them at the centre of everything you do
Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening, unsecured lending and baking transactions
Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career
