What you'll do:
- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
- Craft delicious cocktails with speed, consistency, and flair while keeping the bar running smoothly during busy service periods
- Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
- Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
- Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
- Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
- Go above and beyond to anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments that keep people coming back
What you've got:
- Confidence making quality cocktails in a fast-paced environment
- Uniqueness and a passion for fun
- Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
- Experience in bartending, hospitality, customer service, or retail, with a genuine passion for creating great guest experiences
- A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
- Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
- A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
- As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekends*
