About the role:

The workplace plays an integral role in providing a high level of support to the organisation's investigation and response work units. You will have the ability to work in a small team environment delivering outcomes that meet legislative requirements. The position reports directly to the workplace manager who is a senior sergeant.

Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.

Your duties will include:

Develop and maintain accurate records
Produce relevant management reports
Research a broad range of issues relevant to the division
Effectively manage office systems
Participate in a range of confidential activities

About You:

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:

A demonstrated high level of integrity
Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support services.
Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills including the ability to interrogate data.
An understanding of the customer service requirements of the position and a demonstrated record of strong commitment and achievement in meeting customer needs

Further Information:

One (1) x full-time, ongoing position available.
This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification as determined by the Department Head. To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
