Skills Required:

The applicant is required to have the following list of skills:

Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation with a strong presence on the floor;
Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment
Ability to coordinating and supervising restaurant operations and service quality;
Ability to liaising and coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service delivery;
Ability to plan menus in consultation with chefs;
Ability to plan and organising special functions and events;
Ability to arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods in accordance with budgetary requirements;
Maintaining records relating to stock control and financial transactions;
Ability to ensure dining facilities comply with health and safety regulations and are maintained in a clean, functional, and presentable condition;
Confer with customers to assess satisfaction with meals and services provided;
Take reservations, greeting guests, and assisting with customer orders where required;
Manage rostering, labour, service standards and daily operational requirements
Flexible work hours
Immediate start with genuine care progression

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
