In this role, you'll:
- Join a high performing team delivering SAP Procurement, Ariba and Concur solutions across Transport for NSW. You will shape outcomes that improve procurement efficiency, supplier collaboration, travel and expense governance, and data-driven decision-making
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design of SAP Procurement, Ariba and Concur solutions, including integration landscapes, data models and process frameworks, to support complex procurement and financial business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and develop implementation roadmaps for SAP Procurement, Ariba and Concur programs
- Work closely with domain solution architects and the principal architect to ensure adherence to Transport and SAP architectural standards across SAP Procurement, Ariba and Concur functional areas
- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to ensure alignment between SAP Procurement, Ariba and Concur programs and the broader ICT Strategy
- Lead solution design to meet business and stakeholder needs, maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks
- Drive system rationalisation, integration, and process efficiency across SAP Procurement, Ariba and Concur functional domains to meet business requirements
- Champion best practices in purchase-to-pay process design, sourcing and procurement governance, and expense management within the SAP P2P, Ariba and Concur landscape

About you
- Extensively knowledgeable and experienced in large and complex business transformation programs with a focus on procurement, sourcing and expense management domains
- A proven SAP Procurement, Ariba and Concur Solution Architect or similar role, with a track record of successful SAP implementations in large, complex environments
- Deeply knowledgeable across SAP Procurement, SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management) and SAP Concur (Travel & Expense), including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, and integration technologies (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, SAP Data Services, Ariba Network)
- Holder of relevant SAP certification(s) - highly regarded
- Experienced in end-to-end procurement lifecycle management, including purchase requisitioning, purchase ordering, supplier invoicing, contract management, and travel and expense processing within SAP environments
- Demonstrably skilled at driving cross-program designs and coordinating architecture functions across multiple procurement and finance workstreams and delivery teams
- An excellent communicator and influencer, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels — from technical teams through to executive leadership
- Able to provide both strategic direction and hands-on technical leadership across complex, concurrent SAP programs
- Proficient in developing and maintaining architecture frameworks, domain management artefacts, and solution design documentation specific to procurement and expense management processes
