An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team.

This company has a national network geared towards providing exceptional customer service offering quality industry relevant training solutions in the Transport, Heavy Industry, Civil Construction, Mining, Drilling, High Risk, Rail and the Health sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of our diverse training products, aiming to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and close sales to build strong client relationships and secure long-term contracts.
Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
Provide tailored training solutions to clients based on their unique needs and business goals, enhancing client satisfaction and service delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
Administer client accounts, schedule training sessions, process orders, and ensure the smooth delivery of services in line with client expectations.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
