For over 35 years, Tuga Pastries has been baking joy into every bite. As a second-generation family bakery, we're known for our artisan breads, flaky pastries and our famous Portuguese Tarts enjoyed across Sydney.
As our production continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Hand to support our busy production kitchen in Marrickville.

About the Role
You'll play an important part in keeping our production kitchen running smoothly by supporting our pastry chefs and bakers and maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing dishes, trays, utensils and production equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the production kitchen and staff areas
- Supporting pastry chefs and bakers with general kitchen duties
- Receiving, unpacking and organising deliveries
- Keeping storage areas clean, organised and well stocked
- Assisting with waste management and general housekeeping
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
- Enjoys physical, hands-on work
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to help wherever needed
- Holds a current driver's licence (advantageous but not essential)

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Marrickville NSW 2204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
