The Opportunity:
You will play a pivotal part in the growth & optimisation of the online eCommerce businesses, working directly alongside the C-Suite and a wider Global team. This is a high-impact role, responsible for managing both backend and frontend eCommerce activity, managing online merchandising, trade reporting and EDM delivery, across two, adored Fashion brands, trading all over the world.
You'll identify key areas of opportunity & growth, be customer-centric in everything you do, driving customer engagement, loyalty & increased conversions.

Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on:

Demonstrated experience within eCommerce, ideally 2-3yrs of experience in an eCommerce Specialist or Coordinator role, within the Retail industry
Strong, hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo & Google Analytics, and the ability to interpret and presents key data trends
Experience with crafting & delivering EDM campaigns, that capture customers and drive strong brand Loyalty
Solid experience with product uploading, onsite merchandising and content strategies, as well as backend platform management
The ability to work cross-functionally across both the internal, local team, as well as liasing with wider Global team members, to drive strategy forward
Experience with working alongside marketplace or wholesale partners, like The Iconic, would be super advantageous
A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to bring suggestions & ideas to drive growth & optimise further
