Full Job Description

Living Faith Outside School Hours Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Leader to join our community in a permanent, full-time capacity, commencing as soon as possible. Part-time applicants may also be considered.

The successful applicant will hold an Early Childhood or OSHC Diploma (or equivalent) and bring demonstrated experience as an Educator, Coordinator, or Assistant Coordinator.

You will be well supported by a highly capable Second-in-Charge (2IC), Educational Leader, on-site Manager, and a stable, long term, experienced team who are passionate about providing high-quality care.

As Service Leader, you will mainly be non-contact with the flexibility to work full days or split shifts as required to support staffing needs and the ability to mentor your team; however, split shifts are not a requirement of this role. The role includes access to an employee mentoring program, offering ongoing guidance, professional growth, and support within a collaborative team environment.
