The Role:

Millennium is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cleaners to join our team at one of our retail shopping centres.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and has a strong eye for detail. You’ll play an important part in keeping the centre clean, safe, and welcoming for both clients and customers.

We are currently offering full-time opportunities.

This position is paid in line with award wages.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
Spot cleaning of furnishings
Sweeping and mopping
Toilet cleaning.
Rubbish collection
Cleaning of glass, both internal and external
Dusting of all hard surfaces

About You:

Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.
Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.

You must have valid work rights in Australia.
