Project Civil Engineer

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Civil Engineer to join our team and assist in the successful delivery of projects across the Margaret River and Bunbury regions.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer looking to develop their career with a growing civil construction company. Working closely with the Managing Director and Site Supervisors you will be involved in the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects from commencement through to completion.
The position is primarily based across projects in the Margaret River and Bunbury areas, with occasional travel throughout the South West as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, designing and coordination of civil construction projects.
- Preparing civil project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Monitoring civil project progress against budgets and timelines.
- Coordinating and organising subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Conducting site inspections and to ensure projects are completed in accordance with specifications, quality standards and correct procedures.
- Assist with procurement, material orders, and quantity take-offs.
- Support contract administration, progress claims, and variation management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety systems and project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
- 1–3 years' experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or related projects (graduates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sound understanding of construction processes and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Full Australian working rights.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
