Full Job Description

Position Description – Fully qualified landscaper and an apprentice

Location: Mansfield & Surrounds, Victoria
Reports To: Director – Landscaping
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fully Qualified landscaper or an apprentice to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate will carry out a broad range of duties across residential and commercial projects while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow site instructions, and contribute positively to a productive site team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality landscape construction projects from start to finish
Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
Construct paving, retaining walls, decking, fencing, irrigation systems, and garden features
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Operate hand tools, power tools

Qualifications and Licences

Certificate III in Landscape Construction (preferred)
Current driver’s licence
Own basic landscaping tools
Experience operating landscaping tools

Pay: $25.00 – $55.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
