In this vital position, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice supporting the day-to-day running of our Administrative services. From welcoming visitors to managing resident records, your contribution will help ensure a smooth and supportive experience for both staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting visitors, residents, and healthcare professionals

Managing phone and front desk enquiries with warmth and professionalism

Maintaining accurate resident files and administrative documentation

Supporting clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling

Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges

Coordinating supplies and internal communications
We're looking for someone who:

Is friendly, approachable, and enjoys working in a team

Has strong organisational and computer skills

Can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Thrives in a dynamic, people-centred environment

Ideally has experience in health or aged care administration (but it's not essential)
