Female Personal Trainer – Barm Fitness Fraser Rise

About Barm Fitness

Barm Fitness is a welcoming, community-focused fitness business dedicated to helping clients become stronger, healthier and more confident. At our Fraser Rise studio, we provide personalised training in a private and supportive environment, helping clients work towards their individual fitness goals through tailored training and ongoing motivation.

The Role

We are looking for a Female Personal Trainer to join our team at our Fraser Rise studio.

The role involves delivering 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 personal training sessions in a friendly, professional and motivating environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, support their progress and deliver engaging training sessions.

Barm Fitness will provide the training programs, which are structured and easy to follow. You will be provided with the guidance and resources needed to confidently deliver each session while supporting clients with correct technique, encouragement and motivation.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
Early mornings: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Afternoons/evenings: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Opportunity for additional hours in the future for the right candidate, based on client demand, performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 personal training sessions.
Follow and deliver the Barm Fitness training programs, which are provided and easy to follow.
Assist clients with exercises and ensure correct technique and form.
Support clients based on their individual fitness goals and needs.
Motivate and encourage clients throughout every session.
Build positive relationships with clients and provide an excellent customer experience.
Maintain a positive, energetic and professional attitude at all times.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ensure the studio is clean, organised and presentable at all times.
Vacuum the studio and wipe down equipment/surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
No toilet cleaning is required.
Follow Barm Fitness procedures and maintain a safe training environment.

Requirements

Certificate III in Fitness and Certificate IV in Fitness.
Currently studying Cert III/IV or willing to obtain the required qualifications will also be considered.
Current First Aid and CPR certifications are strictly required.
Passion for health, fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic and professional personality.
Ability to motivate and encourage clients.
Well-presented with a professional approach.
Reliable, punctual and committed to providing a high-quality client experience.
