About the Role

As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our patients while supporting our clinicians to deliver the highest standard of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clinicians during dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standards
Managing patient appointments and scheduling
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone
Supporting administrative and reception duties
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the practice

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.

Ideally, you'll have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in the dental industry
Experience in both Dental Assisting and Reception
Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) (highly regarded)
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)

You'll also be:

Professional and well-presented
A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
Reliable, punctual, and committed to patient care
A positive team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive workplace culture
