Job description: Refrigeration Mechanic Fitter Welder

This is a serious and very important position so please read the requirements and respond accordingly if you have the necessary experience and qualifications. The position also involves staff management and overseeing quality control.

We are seeking a person with drive and skills to manage others as well as beein an integral part of the repairs and mantenance system.

If you drive a fork lift it would be great but not necessary.

Strong mechanical knowledge to maintain machinery and assist with daily tasks including assisting in production.
You must have refrigeration license or similar knowledge and experiance to repair and maintain refrigeration equipment You must also have welding experience.
The ability to lead and manage
You need to be familiar with machines, pumps, gearboxes and mechanical systems as well as regular maintenance and lubrication of the machinery
most importantly you need to be organised in your work and using tools in a food enviroment

Your hours may vary depending on any breakdowns or setting of production lines.

This is a salaried position therefore there is no overtime unless specifically pre arranged.

Applicant Qualifications If you have preferably worked in the food manufacturing industry and if possible in confectionery and hopefully have familiarity with packing machines such as Flow Wrappers, Carton packers, Conveyors, you would have a definite advantage.

This is a Full-time position

Starting Salary: +$76,500.00 per year

Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
