We are looking for a visionary Lead Educator who is ready to shape an incredible team and create a world of wonder for our little learners. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Step into a high-end, architecturally inspired environment designed to spark curiosity. Our centre features stunning open-plan rooms bathed in natural light and premium natural play spaces. Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for our children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

We are currently looking for a Co-Lead in our Nursery room and a Lead in our Toddlers room!

About you;

You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
Monday - Friday availability
A current Working with Children Check
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Australian Working Rights
A professional and friendly personal presentation
Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
