Miami Bakehouse is looking for a motivated Apprentice Baker / Pastry Cook to join our award-winning team.

Over a 3-year apprenticeship, you’ll learn how to bake breads, pastries, cakes, pies, and other bakery products from scratch while working alongside experienced bakers and pastry chefs in a fast-paced production bakery.
No experience needed — we’re looking for the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing
- Baking breads, pastries, pies, and cakes
- Mixing doughs and preparing products from scratch
- Decorating and finishing bakery products
- Learning production timing and workflow
- Working independently and as part of a professional team
- As your skills grow, you’ll take on more responsibility and build confidence working independently.
