Full Job Description

We are seeking experienced, thorough End of Lease & Bond Cleaning Teams / Workers to take full ownership of end-of-lease and deep carpet cleaning jobs across Mandurah and surrounding suburbs.

This role is ideal for established cleaners or small teams who want consistent work. Every job undergoes a detailed final inspection to ensure it passes real estate bond standards.

Core Responsibilities

Full end-of-lease property cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, walls, windows, ovens, and general bond requirements).
Carpet cleaning services, including spot treatment, pet stain, and pet odor removal.
Independent management and completion of allocated jobs within specified timeframes.
Ensuring properties meet strict real estate bond inspection standards.

Key Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in bond/end-of-lease cleaning and carpet cleaning. You must understand the level of detail required to pass real estate exit inspections.
Equipment & Chemicals: Access to professional-grade carpet cleaning machinery, exit-clean tools, and industry-standard cleaning supplies.
Business Setup: Valid ABN, active GST registration (if applicable), and current Public Liability Insurance.
Reliability: Valid Driver’s License, reliable transport, and high accountability.

Pay: From $28.50 per hour

Work Location: On the road
