West Coast Auto Air Conditioning is looking for an Entry Level Automotive A/C Technician to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who has recently finished school or is looking to start a career in the automotive industry. We're looking for the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. The technical skills can be taught.
About the Role
You will work alongside experienced technicians learning how to:
- Diagnose and repair automotive air conditioning systems
- Service and maintain vehicle climate control systems
- Use workshop tools and diagnostic equipment
- Remove and refit vehicle components
- Carry out general workshop duties
- Develop fault-finding and problem-solving skills
What We're Looking For
- No experience needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Interest in cars and the automotive industry
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good communication skills
- Driver's licence preferred but not essential
