Full Job Description

The Role
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Barista with a genuine passion for specialty coffee. This is a casual position, including weekends perfect for someone who loves what they do and thrives in a busy, community-focused café environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing and serving high-volume specialty coffee to a consistently high standard
Operating and maintaining commercial espresso equipment
Delivering friendly, efficient service during busy service periods
Supporting the team across café operations as needed
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the coffee bar

What We’re Looking For

Proven barista experience in a high-volume coffee environment; this is essential
Strong espresso technique and milk texturing skills
Ability to maintain quality and pace during peak periods
A genuine love of coffee and customer connection
Availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
A team-first attitude and reliable work ethic

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $44.48 per hour

Work Location: In person
