As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing customer relationships while driving equipment sales across your assigned territory.
Representing a diverse portfolio of premium agricultural equipment, including John Deere, Kramer, Kuhn, Goldacres, Goweil, Bogballe, and Auscut, you will work closely with farmers, contractors, and rural businesses to identify opportunities and deliver equipment solutions that support their success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing an assigned sales territory

Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

Promoting and selling the John Deere range of agricultural equipment and solutions

Conducting customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and follow-up activities

Identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term customer partnerships

Achieving sales targets and market share objectives

Maintaining accurate customer and territory information

Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends

Supporting customer events, field days, demonstrations, and industry functions

Working collaboratively with Parts, Service, and Branch teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Previous sales experience, preferably within Agriculture or a related industry
