We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in a hybrid community-based role across Melbourne.

About the Role

This role involves working with NDIS participants in their homes, community settings, schools, and via telehealth. You will support participants to improve independence, achieve their goals, and enhance their quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate looking to build clinical experience with ongoing supervision, mentoring, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional assessments and therapy sessions
Develop person-centred therapy plans and reports
Support participants with daily living skills, sensory regulation, and independence
Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
Provide recommendations for assistive technology and home modifications
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
Deliver services both face-to-face and via telehealth

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Passion for working within the disability and community sector
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
