What you’ll do:

As the friendly face of our resort, you’ll ensure every guest has a seamless, memorable experience from the moment they enquire to the moment they say goodbye.

In this casual role (with shifts between 8am–6pm, including some weekends and public holidays), you will:

Manage reception tasks including taking bookings, preparing invoices, and checking guests in and out
Respond to phone and email enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
Work closely with other departments to coordinate room readiness and meet guest needs
Help create an environment where guests feel relaxed, valued, and excited to return

What you’ll bring:

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful guest connections
A bright, positive attitude with the ability to work well within a fast‑paced team
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Flexibility to support other areas of the resort when needed because we’re one team that works together
Strong computer literacy and/or experience in working with booking/reservation systems
