About you:
You’re a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, ready to apply your skills in a community setting. You bring strong clinical knowledge and sound problem-solving abilities, allowing you to assess, plan and deliver effective, outcome-focused care for patients with diverse and often complex needs.
You communicate confidently across a range of platforms - whether through clear documentation, digital systems or meaningful conversations with patients, families and colleagues. You thrive in a multidisciplinary environment, working collaboratively to coordinate care and achieve the best possible outcomes.
With a genuine commitment to community health, you understand the challenges and rewards of supporting clients in their own homes. You’re organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of care.
